Minced meat pizza rolls

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 can corn, small
  • 4 bell peppers, red or yellow
  • e.g. salami, diced
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 packs of grated cheese, spicy
  • 2 packs of processed cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • rosemary
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • oregano
  • chili flakes
  • 3 eggs, fresh
  • 20 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

as a snack or party hit

Place the ground meat in a large bowl. Finely dice the bell peppers and onions. Also finely chop the salami and ham and add to the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly. It’s best to let the mixture sit overnight so the spices develop. Add more salt if desired! Spread the mixture generously onto the rolls with a fork and bake at 180°C fan oven for 20-30 minutes. These rolls can be varied in any way you like; just experiment!
