Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n carrot(s), very fine
- 1 gr. can/n lentils
- 1 jar celery, grated
- 1 gr. can/n peas, very fine
- 1 jar gherkins with dill, diced
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 300 ml salad mayonnaise
- ½ cup(s) cucumber juice, approx. 100 – 125 ml
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Combine carrots, lentils, celery, peas, cucumbers, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Make a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients and mix with the other ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. It tastes better the longer it sits.
