Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n carrot(s), very fine
  • 1 gr. can/n lentils
  • 1 jar celery, grated
  • 1 gr. can/n peas, very fine
  • 1 jar gherkins with dill, diced
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 300 ml salad mayonnaise
  • ½ cup(s) cucumber juice, approx. 100 – 125 ml
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Combine carrots, lentils, celery, peas, cucumbers, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Make a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients and mix with the other ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. It tastes better the longer it sits.
