Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 gr. can/n beans, green
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream (sour cream or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Bean salad like from the stall

Finely chop the onions. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream with the onions, oil, salt and pepper. Drain the beans in a sieve and let them drain a little. Retain some of the stock for seasoning if necessary. Add the beans to the sauce, fold in carefully and season to taste. Leave to stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Tip: Tastes great with roasts served with bread, as the sauce is far too delicious not to be scooped up with bread. We recently had the salad with suckling pig at a celebration. At the end, two people started arguing over who got to lick the bowl clean.
