Zucchini and onion skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 onions
  • 2 zucchinis
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onions and quarter them. Cut the zucchini into 1-centimeter-thick slices. Thread the zucchini and onions alternately onto wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper and marinate with soy sauce. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
