Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi, diced
  • 5 carrots, diced
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • some herb butter
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • possibly herbs, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and dice the vegetables. Divide everything between four pieces of aluminum foil, add pepper, salt, and herb butter, and seal the parcels. You can also add fresh herbs if you like. Place the whole thing either over the coals or on the grill. The vegetables are cooked when they start to steam slightly. You can also serve them with dressings.
