Quick to prepare and easy – delicious!

Simply let the ice cream thaw slightly so it can be stirred. By the time you get home from shopping, it’ll usually already have the right consistency. Finely chop the basil leaves and stir in. Refreeze the ice cream. The ice cream is easy to make, and the combination of fruit and spice is stunning. It’s also great for parties and celebrations, as you can prepare it well in advance.
