Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs (fresh)
- 110 g sugar
- 250 ml milk 3.5% (ice cold)
- 400 ml cream (ice cold)
- 2 tbsp syrup (vanilla)

Basic ice cream for further use with ice cream machine
I put the milk and cream in the freezer for about 2 hours! Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla syrup, then slowly add the ice-cold milk and chilled cream. Freeze in the ice cream maker while stirring continuously. Depending on the machine, this takes 30-100 minutes. Mine takes about 40 minutes.
