Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g melon(s) , (flesh of one watermelon)
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 50 ml apple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

for the ice cream machine
Cut the melon flesh into small pieces, remove the seeds, and reserve the juice. Combine the melon pieces and melon juice in a tall bowl with the powdered sugar. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add the apple and lemon juice to the melon mixture and puree everything with an immersion blender. Pour the liquid into a running ice cream maker and freeze for about 30 minutes.
