Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 points pre-baked rolls
  • 1 cup cream cheese, pure
  • 1 cup herb cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 package Gouda, grated
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Halve the rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Finely dice the onions and cooked ham, and finely chop the chives. Mix the cream cheese, onions, and cooked ham until smooth, add half a package of grated Gouda cheese, and season to taste. Spread the mixture on the roll halves and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Note: The rolls taste great warm with a salad, but are also delicious cold. A hit at any party.
