Stuffed flatbread from the oven

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat with finely diced onion in a little olive oil. After cleaning the peppers, cut them into thin strips and sauté them with the minced meat. Then stir in the crème fraîche. Cut the flatbread horizontally and spread both sides with melted cheese. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the filling on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes. Then place the top of the flatbread on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
