Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pieces of mozzarella
  • 1 lemon(s), organic
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 handful of marjoram
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, best
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the mozzarella and place it on a platter or plate. Spread the crème fraîche on top. Zest the organic lemon and squeeze half of it. Trim the chili pepper and cut it into small cubes. Spread the zest, marjoram leaves, and chili pepper cubes over the crème fraîche. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and chill again before serving. Serve with Italian white bread. This dish is perfect as a starter for four people or as a fresh, light dinner for two.
