Chocolates: Gingerbread Energy Balls

- 75 g Ground almonds
- 75 g Ground tiger nuts
- 2 tsp Orange peel zest
- 2 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 0,5 tsp Cardamom
- 1 good pinch Sea-Salt
- 30 g Melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp Ground almonds
- 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
- Roughly chop the dates and process with the remaining ingredients in the food processor to a creamy mass. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- Shape into walnut-sized balls with your hands and roll them in the almond and gingerbread spice mixture. Store the balls in the refrigerator or freeze them.
