Chocolates: Gingerbread Energy Balls

  • 75 g Ground tiger nuts
  • 2 tsp Orange peel zest
  • 2 tsp Ginger bread spice
  • 0,5 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 good pinch Sea-Salt
  • 30 g Melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
  1. Roughly chop the dates and process with the remaining ingredients in the food processor to a creamy mass. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Shape into walnut-sized balls with your hands and roll them in the almond and gingerbread spice mixture. Store the balls in the refrigerator or freeze them.
