  • 250 g Leftovers from cakes and / or cookies – here fruit stollen and amarena cherry cake
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 100 g Dark couverture
  • Powdered sugar with orange peel
  1. Work the cake and / or cookie remnants into crumbs with the magic wand.
  2. Crush the couverture and add to the breadcrumbs together with the rum. Heat everything until the chocolate has melted and a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. Put the mixture in a cool place. As soon as it has set, roll the cherry-sized balls and roll them in the orange powdered sugar.
  4. Store in a cool place – if you can.
