Chocolates: Rum Balls Made from Muffins

The perfect chocolates: rum balls made from muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Muffins dry, without fruit
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 100 g Dark couverture
  • 20 g Palmin
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  1. Cut the muffins into small pieces and soak them with rum. Let stand for an hour.
  2. Chop the couverture and dissolve together with the palmin in a water bath.
  3. Mix the muffin crumbs with the melted couverture and mix with a fork until no more crumbs are visible.
  4. Put in a cool place and as soon as the mixture starts to set, shape small balls with damp hands, roll them in the chocolate sprinkles and place back in the fridge until you can snack.
  5. There is only one picture of the finished product, because everyone knows what muffins, chocolate and palmin look like. ;-)))
