Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g flour (wheat flour 550)
  • 350 g flour (wheat flour 1050)
  • 100 g flour (rye flour 1150)
  • 300 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 150 g flaxseed
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 ½ cubes of yeast
  • 15 g salt
  • ½ tsp margarine
  • 1 liter buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients and let rise for 45 minutes. Shape this mixture into 2 loaves or fill 2 loaf pans. Let the loaves rise for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250°C with a bowl of water. Then bake at full heat for 15 minutes. Remove the bowl of water from the oven and reduce the heat to 225°C. The loaves now need to bake for approximately 30-45 minutes until done. Test for doneness with a wooden skewer.
