Ingredients for 2 servings:
- n. B. Pasta, cooked, from the previous day
- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. sauce powder (vanilla sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter in a large pan. As soon as it starts to foam, add the breadcrumbs and toast briefly. Add the pasta to the breadcrumbs and fry until hot. Meanwhile, make the vanilla sauce according to the package instructions. Pour the finished vanilla sauce onto a large, flat plate and top with the hot pasta. Sprinkle with sugar to taste and serve immediately. Note: These new sugar mills are particularly ingenious – we have one with caramelized sugar, and grinding it over the pasta is simply delicious.
