Apple, carrot and leek salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 leek(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • possibly cheese
  • possibly pineapple
  • possibly nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tricolor lettuce

Trim the leek and slice it thinly. Peel and finely grate the carrots and apples. Place the leek, carrots, and apples in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, tartar sauce, oil, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Finally, stir everything well and let it sit for a while. For an even more flavorful twist, you can add cheese, pineapple, or nuts to the salad.
