Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut spread
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

from the air fryer

For the chocolate mug cake in the air fryer, combine all ingredients in a large, ovenproof mug. You can divide the batter into two smaller mugs if desired. Bake the mug containing the mixed batter in the air fryer for approximately 10-15 minutes at 170°C. Be sure to wear oven gloves when removing it. Depending on the air fryer, you may need to increase the baking time. Serve the chocolate mug cake immediately. Tip: The mug cake also tastes wonderful when refined with spices such as cardamom, ground cloves, or gingerbread spice, nuts, or pieces of fruit.
