Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 50 g salami in thin slices
- 50 g Black Forest ham
- 30 g onion(s), red, chopped
- 30 g sour cream
- ½ tsp paprika powder, smoked or sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chop the ham and salami into small pieces and process them with the other ingredients in a food processor until a paste forms. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more sour cream until the spread reaches the desired consistency. It tastes similar to tea sausage, but you know what’s in it.
