Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, boiled
  • 2 tbsp bacon cubes
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

For this delicious spread, first combine mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, and chives in a bowl and mix together. Halve the eggs, scoop out the yolks, and mash them into the sauce with a fork, then stir well. Then finely chop the egg whites and carefully fold them in with the bacon bits. Finally, season the salad with salt and pepper and let it marinate for 1-2 hours, or overnight is better. Tip: If you like, you can also add mushroom pieces.
