Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 sausages, Vienna
  • 1 onion(s), white
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat a pan with a little oil. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pan. Then slice the sausages and add them to the pan. Once everything is nicely browned, add the quartered tomatoes and fry briefly. Season with a pinch of salt, if desired.
