Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, light, grated
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 large onions, approx. 200 g
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 100 g yogurt, 0.1%
  • 50 g mustard
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon extract
  • 2 tsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 50 g lettuce leaves
  • 3 large tomatoes, approx. 200 g
  • 4 slices of Chester cheese

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the calzone dough, season with 1 tablespoon of pepper, and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the base in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) until browned. For the filling, fry the minced meat in a pan without oil. Finely chop the onions and gherkins and add them. Then season with salt and cook until the minced meat is cooked and most of the liquid has evaporated. For the sauce, mix the ingredients in a bowl and season with a dash of lemon extract, pepper, dark soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Slice the tomatoes and remove any leaves from the lettuce (leave whole or large). Remove the base from the oven and top one side as follows: 1. Meat and vegetable mixture 2. Cheshire cheese slices 3. Sauce 4. Tomato slices 5. Lettuce leaves Then fold the free side over the top and portion as desired. For 4 servings, one serving has 700 kcal.
