quick and easy to prepare

I had some leftover puff pastry, and this idea came to me. Preparation: Mix the quince jelly with the drained quark and raisins. In the meantime, roast the almonds or caramelize them in a pan. Spread the quark and quince mixture on the puff pastry, scatter the caramelized almonds on top, roll them up, and bake in the oven at about 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. If you like, you can also brush over beaten egg yolk for color before baking. This could certainly be modified with other jams and preserves.
