Super chocolaty after-eight muffins

Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate (After Eight chocolate or chocolate leftovers from hollow bodies)
  • 125 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 40 ml oil
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with batter. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 18 minutes.
