Ingredients for 9 servings:
- 150 g chocolate (After Eight chocolate or chocolate leftovers from hollow bodies)
- 125 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g sugar
- 40 ml oil
- 60 g sour cream
- 1 tsp rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with batter. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 18 minutes.
