Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ ring/s meat sausage
- 1 handful of chips, tortilla chili
- 1 egg(s)
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the sausage. Crush the chips and place them on a plate. Whisk the egg and then coat the sausage first in the egg and then in the chips. The seasoning in the chips eliminates the need for any additional seasoning. Pan-fry until crispy (it can also be briefly deep-fried). Serve with salad and any kind of potato.
