Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 wraps
- 2 slices of poultry sausage
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- ½ tbsp oregano
- e.g. arugula
- 4 strips of red bell pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the mustard, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, honey, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a bowl until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. The honey, in particular, needs a little more time to dissolve. Heat the wraps in a pan or in the oven (Note: Not visible in the video). Place the sliced chicken in the center of the hot wrap and season with pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Add the honey-mustard sauce and spread evenly. Now garnish with arugula and paprika and roll up. Use toothpicks to secure the wraps, if necessary. Cut the arugula wraps in half and serve – enjoy.
