Arugula wrap with honey mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 wraps
  • 2 slices of poultry sausage
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • e.g. arugula
  • 4 strips of red bell pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the mustard, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, honey, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a bowl until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. The honey, in particular, needs a little more time to dissolve. Heat the wraps in a pan or in the oven (Note: Not visible in the video). Place the sliced ​​chicken in the center of the hot wrap and season with pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Add the honey-mustard sauce and spread evenly. Now garnish with arugula and paprika and roll up. Use toothpicks to secure the wraps, if necessary. Cut the arugula wraps in half and serve – enjoy.
