Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 tortilla(s) or pancakes
- 2 pieces of turkey breast or
- 300 g smoked turkey breast, sliced
- 1 salad (romaine lettuce)
- 5 tbsp sauce (Tex-Mex sauce)
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper

Chicken Wraps
Season the turkey breast with pepper and salt and fry on both sides in a pan. Remove from the pan and cut into strips, then set aside. Finely chop and wash the lettuce. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Spread the tortillas or pancakes on a work surface and spread with the sauce. Divide the drained lettuce and onions between the tortillas and place the turkey breast strips or slices on top. Roll up and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer. To serve, cut the rolls diagonally and arrange on a platter.
