Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp black cumin
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, Korean
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp locust bean gum
- n. B. Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Grind the first four dry ingredients; this works best in a coffee grinder or mortar. Mix the minced meat with everything else and knead thoroughly. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Form the mixture into 10 meatballs and fry them in hot oil in a pan.
