Asparagus salad with grapefruit and shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 asparagus, green
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp soybean oil
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 150 g shrimp(s), cooked and peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Wash the asparagus, peel the bottom third, and trim the ends. Cook in salted water with sugar until al dente, remove, and drain. Peel the grapefruit, fillet it, and cut it into pieces. Peel the shallots and finely chop them. Mix a marinade from balsamic vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt. Fold in the shallots. Cut the asparagus into pieces and mix with the other ingredients.
