Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar or honey
- 180 g margarine
- 70 g nuts, chopped
- 70 g raisins, soaked in rum
- 70 g flour, strong or wholemeal flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 70 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g chocolate, chopped
- 70 g oat flakes
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat whole eggs and sugar with vanilla sugar until frothy. Add margarine and continue beating until frothy. Gradually stir in desiccated coconut, nuts, chocolate, oats, and flour sifted with baking powder. Brush the still-warm cake with the rum and sugar mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 175-180 degrees Celsius.
