Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 sheets of puff pastry, frozen (rectangular)
  • 6 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, grated
  • 1 large apple
  • Cinnamon-sugar mixture
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry sheets slightly. Mix the Nutella with the hazelnuts and spread about 1 tablespoon on each sheet. Wash and core the apple, cut it into small pieces, and mix it with the cinnamon sugar. Spread it on the pastry sheets. Fold the puff pastry into pockets and press the edges together with a fork. Brush with egg yolk, place on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
