Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pork (gyro meat)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, possibly lactose-free
- 1 bottle of sauce (cocktail sauce)
- n. B. herbs
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the gyro meat and, meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Combine both ingredients in a large casserole dish. Mix together the cream, cocktail sauce, herbs, and crème fraîche. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and gyro and mix well. Then bake the whole thing at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
