Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 8 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp lemon peel, untreated, grated
- ½ tsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp sea salt, coarse
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
for grilled poultry
Cut the chicken breast into 100g cutlets. Combine the remaining ingredients in a freezer bag. Marinate the meat for at least 2 hours. Ideally, start marinating the night before. Grill the marinated meat.
