Poultry in beer marinade

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 250 ml beer, dark
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

from the grill

Cut the meat into 100g schnitzels. Squeeze the garlic into a freezer bag and mix with the remaining ingredients. Add the meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally starting the night before. Grill the marinated meat.
