Sliced meat with Mushrooms and Rice
The perfect sliced meat with mushrooms and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Mushrooms
- 4 Pc. Chicken breast
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 300 g Rice
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley, frozen
- Oil
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and fry them in the oil.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion very small and the mushrooms into slices.
- Approx. Bring 1 liter of water with 1 tablespoon of stock to a boil and cook the rice in it.
- Take the meat out of the pan and fry the onion and the mushrooms in the fat.
- After a while, add the meat to the champis.
- Add the cream and season with 1 tablespoon of stock, salt and pepper. Finally add the parsley.
- Fry the cooked rice in a pan with butter, add parsley.
