Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Sliced ​​turkey
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 150 g Dried apricot
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Herbs de Provence
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 Pure beef bouillon
  • Cooking cream

Instructions
 

  • Clean and quarter the mushrooms
  • Heat the pan with a little fat. First fry the meat, then add the mushrooms and after 2-3 minutes add the apricots. Fry everything briefly.
  • Add 1 cup of water with a little tomato paste, a little cooking cream and 1 Pkg Boullion pure beef, then season.
  • Bring to the boil briefly and simmer on low level for 10-15 minutes.
  • Croquettes, rice or homemade bread go well with them. Tip: Instead of dried apricots, you can also take them out of the can - then it will be a little fruity! Tastes delicious too 🙂
