Sliced meat with Apricot and Mushrooms

- 400 g Sliced turkey
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 150 g Dried apricot
- Sweet paprika
- Pepper
- Salt
- Herbs of Provence
- Tomato paste
- 1 Pure beef bouillon
- Cooking cream
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms
- Heat the pan with a little fat. First fry the meat, then add the mushrooms and after 2-3 minutes add the apricots. Fry everything briefly.
- Add 1 cup of water with a little tomato paste, a little cooking cream and 1 Pkg Boullion pure beef, then season.
- Bring to the boil briefly and simmer on low level for 10-15 minutes.
- Croquettes, rice or homemade bread go well with them. Tip: Instead of dried apricots, you can also take them out of the can – then it will be a little fruity! Tastes delicious too 🙂
