  • 150 g Dried apricot
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Tomato paste

  • Cooking cream
  1. Clean and quarter the mushrooms
  1. Heat the pan with a little fat. First fry the meat, then add the mushrooms and after 2-3 minutes add the apricots. Fry everything briefly.
  1. Add 1 cup of water with a little tomato paste, a little cooking cream and 1 Pkg Boullion pure beef, then season.
  1. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer on low level for 10-15 minutes.
