Grandma's chocolate soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 1,000 ml milk, cold
  • 75 g chocolate, grated
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of the milk. Heat the remaining milk with the grated chocolate. Slowly stir the cornstarch into the boiling milk, which has been removed from the heat, and bring back to a boil briefly. Add the vanilla sugar to the soup and season with salt and sugar.
