Pasta with sage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 440 g pasta
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 70 g butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Reserve some of the cooking water. Finely chop the sage leaves and add them to the melted butter, letting them rest briefly. Add the pasta to the butter in the pan and toss to coat. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, if desired, or divide the pasta between plates and grate some Parmesan over the top. Tip: If the pasta is too dry for you, simply stir in some of the cooking water.
