Plum jam with black tea and cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g plum(s), pitted
  • 300 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • ½ orange(s), juice
  • 2 tea bags, black
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut the plums into pieces. Mix with the gelling sugar and orange juice and let stand for about 45 minutes. Puree the mixture. Add the cinnamon stick and tea bags and heat. Boil gently for about 4-5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and tea bags. Immediately fill into prepared twist-off jars. Turn the sealed jars upside down for a few minutes. Let cool.
