Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg apricot(s)
  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Jam, makes about 6 jars

Pit the apricots, peel the pineapple and cut out the tough core from the middle, and pit and peel the mango. Chop all the fruit into small pieces and puree. Cook with preserving sugar for about 6-8 minutes. Immediately pour into jars and seal. It also tastes delicious with a little chili or rum.
