Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g brown rice
- 6 sausages
- 2 onions, red
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Sunflower oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Cook the rice according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, cut the sausages into ½ cm thick slices and roughly dice the onions. Fry both until the desired consistency is reached. Then add the crème fraîche, vegetable stock, paprika, and sea salt. Bring everything to a boil, stir frequently, and cook over medium heat for about five minutes. Serve with the rice.
