Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g minced meat
- 250 g rice (jasmine rice), cooked
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ liters of chicken broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the onions into thin rings. Season the minced meat with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and form into small balls. Bring the chicken broth to a boil, add the meatballs, and simmer for a minute. Add the rice and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve the soup with the onions and garnished with cilantro, if desired.
