Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. Thyme
  • e.g. parsley
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • e.g. arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Combine all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend. Mix the spaghetti with the tuna cream. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and arugula, if desired, and serve. 750 kcal per serving.
