Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 130 g tuna from the can
- 160 g cream cheese
- some salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the time specified, drain, and return it to the pot on the still-warm stovetop. Stir continuously to combine with the tuna and cream cheese until melted. Add a little more cream cheese, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. If everything is a bit dry, don’t drain the tuna. Or cook tuna in oil and don’t drain it first. This also works with gluten-free pasta.
