Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g pasta (e.g. macaroni, fusilli, penne)
- salt water
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced or 200 g fresh
- 250 g cream cheese or herb cream cheese
- Ginger powder
- Salt and pepper, white
- possibly cheese, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the pan without adding any oil. Then add the tuna to the pan without draining. Drain the canned mushrooms, slice the fresh ones, and add them. Fry the ingredients until tender. Then add the cream cheese and melt until creamy. Add the cooked and drained pasta and mix. Grate more cheese over the top, if desired. And you’re done.
