Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine
- 280 g flour
- 8 tbsp cream, whipped stiffly
- 1 tbsp schnapps (aquavit)
- 1 egg yolk, whisked
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes
Knead together the margarine, flour, aquavit, and stiffly whipped cream. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Roll out the dough and fold it in three parts like a napkin. Roll out again and cut into 3 x 12 cm strips. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with cheese. Twist into spirals. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 6 minutes at 200°C.
