Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g chocolate (yogurt)
  • 230 g flour (type 405)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder, instant (e.g. Kaba)
  • 80 ml oil, neutral
  • 240 g buttermilk

Quick and easy and super delicious – a must-have for any yogurt fan! Makes 12 pieces.

Cut 200g of the chocolate into small pieces. Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate pieces. Lightly beat the egg in another bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and buttermilk, and mix well. Melt the remaining chocolate (e.g., in the microwave), add it to the egg mixture, and mix well. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin and bake at 160°C fan/convection oven (180°C top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
