Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 150 g salami in one piece
- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- 4 slice(s) cheese or grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- possibly marjoram
- possibly rosemary
- 400 g minced meat, mixed or beef
- 150 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Pre-cook the pasta in salted water for about 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onion and salami and fry the onion. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add it to the pan. Add the salami and fry everything over medium heat. Meanwhile, dice the bell pepper and halve the tomatoes. First, add the diced bell peppers to the pan and continue frying (the minced meat should brown; you can also fry it over high heat in the meantime). Finally, add the tomatoes and fry briefly over medium heat. Gradually stir in the tomato paste, thinning with the water until you have a stir-able mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, and, if desired, rosemary and marjoram. Place the pre-cooked pasta in a casserole dish and add the contents of the pan, mixing everything well. Cover the casserole with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 – 20 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
