Pasta/pepper casserole with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 medium-sized onions, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 bag of cheese (pizza cheese), grated
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pack of tomato puree
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Quick cooking when you have something else to do, good for leftovers, kids love it!

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Sauté the minced meat with the onions, add the diced bell peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato puree and tomato puree, season well again, and simmer briefly. In a casserole dish, add some sauce, a layer of pasta, and a layer of cheese. Repeat until all the sauce is used up. Finish with a layer of sauce, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 350°F (90°C). This is also a great way to use up leftover pasta and sauce. This recipe serves about 4 people.
