Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • 1 tsp lavender
  • 10 leaves of lemon balm
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for four minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars. Makes 6 200 ml jars.
